ALL Orders ship free! 2-3 Day Priority shipping is our standard, however please allow up to 5 days depending on ship-to location.

Returns

We accept returns in new condition for a full refund. For custom pieces, we cannot accept returns. There is no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the U.S. We also offer easy returns for our international customers! Please request a label and you can print it and attach to the package.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please email us at jessica@truestory-studio.com

 

International Shipping

Currently, we charge a flat rate of $20 for all international packages. Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Please send us an email for special circumstances and we will try to accommodate!

 

Do lockets tarnish?

The jewelry we sell holds up very well over time as it uses a vacuum plated process for the gold and silver. Do not expose to harsh chemicals or water.

 

Can I add my own photos?

Yes! Either upload them on the product page or it's easy to print and insert your own.
